The role leads daily property operations, leasing strategy, budgeting, marketing, team and contractor management, resident relations, collections, rent postings, and development activities. The position requires at least three years of multifamily property management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.
