TriBridge Residential is hiring a Community Manager for its Berkeley Park Apartments property in Atlanta, Georgia. The role leads daily apartment-community operations, including leasing strategy, budgeting, marketing, team and contractor management, resident issue resolution, collections, rent postings, maintenance coordination, and compliance with fair-housing and employment policies. The position requires at least three years of multifamily property-management experience, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property-management software, preferably Yardi.
