YES Communities is hiring a Community Manager to lead daily operations of a manufactured housing community, including rent collection, resident relations, budgeting, asset protection, team development, marketing, leasing, vendor and municipal relations, community events, property standards, and new-home delivery. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, decision-making, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability, and a valid in-state driver’s license; property management or equivalent experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
