Description
The client is hiring a remote Community Engagement & Moderation Specialist to manage and moderate a game’s community across Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord. The role responds to players, enforces community guidelines, routes feedback and bug reports to customer service, QA, and Engineering, monitors cultural trends, and collaborates with content teams. It requires multi-platform community-management experience, moderation expertise, strong written communication, trend-spotting, and familiarity with the game. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, with no benefits and compensation of $7 per hour.
