Reddit is hiring a Community Manager for its International Growth team to build and scale local communities in France. The role focuses on developing relationships with local volunteer moderators, creating and iterating a consumer growth playbook, onboarding power users and external creators, analyzing community data, setting KPIs, and collaborating with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development teams. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of French culture and the French digital landscape, and proficiency in French and English.
