The role oversees association operations, governing documents, compliance, architectural controls, budgets, contracts, vendors, insurance, resident relations, community events, staff supervision, and resident orientation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of full-time paid professional Community Manager experience, customer service and HOA experience, contract and vendor management skills, budgeting and accounting knowledge, HR experience, and a valid driver’s license.
