Monroe Group is hiring a Community Manager to supervise a large family affordable, Project-Based Section 8 community in Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads and mentors the property team, manages the budget, monitors occupancy, collections, compliance, asset, and budget KPIs, submits reporting, and ensures safe, decent, and sanitary housing. Candidates need at least two years of Community Manager experience, affordable-housing or PBS8 experience, OneSite or Yardi software knowledge, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license and vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and evenings, and the salary is $60,000-$62,000 per year.
