Developers Bay is hiring a Community Manager to build and develop its network of freelance tech consultants and partner companies. The role combines relationship building, onboarding, member support, event planning, community communications, and support for matching consultants to customer assignments. It requires experience in relationship- and service-oriented work, project ownership, strong administrative and communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. The position is based in Stockholm.
