Save the Children is hiring a Community Mobilization Assistant in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, to support community-strengthening and child-protection activities. The role engages communities and partners, disseminates protection information, supports child-protection committees, organizes skills sessions for caregivers, registers participants, monitors at-risk children, and prepares reports. It requires a relevant professional degree, at least two years of related experience, community and children’s-rights knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to reside in and travel within the department. The position is fixed-term and pays $2,641,275 plus a $500,000 non-prestational bonus.
