Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is hiring a Community Organizer for Community Pride in New York to help strengthen community engagement, support resident participation, and build partnerships that advance advocacy and positive change for Harlem residents. The role requires community organizing or advocacy experience, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, a bachelor's degree, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and occasional weekends.
