Empowering Minds is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Coordinator to expand behavioral health referral networks, build relationships with community partners, promote mental health services, support referrals and intake, and participate in community events across Baltimore City/County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, and Prince George's County. The role requires travel between locations, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least two years of experience in human services, behavioral health, community outreach, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Compensation is $52,000 to $57,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
