Description
Vynca is hiring a Community Partnerships Manager to build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, develop strategic outreach and marketing plans, drive referrals into Enhanced Care Management, and measure the success of community partnerships related to social determinants of health. The role is field-based, requires travel throughout Sonoma County, and is intended for candidates residing within 20 miles of the assigned territory. It requires at least two years of healthcare sales or community-based organization experience, along with CRM, communication, presentation, organizational, and technology skills.
