Description
The Ministry of Justice is hiring Community Payback Supervisors for a fixed-term 24-month role within the Probation Service’s Community Payback business unit, with opportunities across England and Wales. The role supervises work groups of people on probation carrying out unpaid work such as litter picking, graffiti removal, clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and other manual tasks. It requires strong communication, leadership, empathy, and the ability to supervise and motivate groups, with a mandatory full UK manual driving licence. The position is offered full-time or part-time with flexible and job-share working patterns considered, is subject to UK right-to-work and civil service nationality rules, and is not eligible for a new Skilled Worker visa.
