Reach for Resources Inc. is seeking a Community Recreation Support Specialist to assist children and adults with disabilities in participating in community-based recreation programs in Chanhassen, MN. This role involves providing individualized support during activities like dance, t-ball, art classes, yoga, and swimming lessons, fostering inclusivity and promoting skill development. The specialist will blend in with staff and participants, communicate with families, maintain documentation, and report concerns. Occasional support for shifts in the Twin Cities metro area is required.
