Pinnacle Treatment Centers is hiring a Community Relations & Business Development Representative to own growth and market presence across an assigned Virginia state or multi-county territory. The field-based role develops professional referral relationships with courts, corrections, hospitals, emergency departments, primary care, behavioral health providers, social services, and community organizations; manages referrals and account retention; supports consumer-facing outreach; collaborates with treatment-center leadership; and maintains CRM and compliance records. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of relevant business development, sales, account management, or community outreach experience, territory-management experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable personal vehicle access. Compensation includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, mileage or vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
