Description
Tangram Inc. is seeking a Community Resource Professional (CRP) to assist individuals in optimizing their personal, social, and vocational opportunities. The CRP will provide research, access, and support to help individuals engage in community life, such as leisure activities, volunteering, self-advocacy, health promotion, public transportation assistance, and cultural/spiritual activities. Key responsibilities include advocacy/support, troubleshooting barriers, building community connections, and conducting research/discovery to identify community resources and implement goals.
