Description
The Community Resources Supervisor supervises Community Resources staff who connect justice-involved individuals with employment, education, vocational training, housing, and supportive services. The role assigns cases and referrals, coaches staff, reviews documentation and service plans, coordinates with supervision officers and community providers, monitors reports, and addresses routine staff, client, and service-provider concerns. It is a regular full-time position reporting to the Community Resources Program Manager, with a flexible schedule that may include nontraditional hours, and requires a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related behavioral science field, at least three years of management or supervisory experience, and three years of experience coordinating community services for justice-involved individuals.
