Phipps Neighborhoods is hiring a Community School Director to lead the implementation of a community school model within a partner school in the Bronx. The role manages community-school components, coordinates community partnerships, supervises staff and interns, supports student and family services, evaluates staff, analyzes student outcomes, and leads community meetings. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience including one year in an urban school, cultural competence, and familiarity with New York City nonprofits and social services; a master’s degree, Spanish fluency, and student-data experience are preferred.
