Description
The Community School Director will design, implement, and supervise the California Community Schools Partnership Program at Port City Academy, coordinating academic, socio-emotional, and health resources; building partnerships with community organizations and government agencies; supporting family engagement, attendance interventions, and enrichment activities; and leading the school’s Community Schools Advisory Committee. The role requires bilingual Spanish communication, relationship-building, leadership, organization, and knowledge of Aspire procedures, with an associate’s degree or 48 college units required and a bachelor’s or master’s preferred. Compensation is $74,824-$105,015, with core health benefits and other benefits.
