EPI is hiring a full-time Community Service Program Manager to lead and support community living programs for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and brain injury. The role oversees program operations, supervises Direct Support Professionals, coordinates training, advocates for individuals served, supports service development, monitors quality and compliance, and provides direct support as needed. A bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field and two years of disability-services experience are required; supervisory experience is preferred. The position offers $49,000-$51,503 in compensation and full benefits for full-time employees.
