Description
The Community Services Coordinator oversees workforce development, re-entry, opioid and recovery, and community services initiatives across Philadelphia. The role supervises and coaches Community Workforce Connectors, manages staffing and schedules, coordinates with community partners, ensures accurate reporting and data quality, and prepares compliance and audit documentation. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, team leadership experience, knowledge of WIOA and workforce systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.
