Description
Western Maine Community Action is hiring a Community Services Specialist for its Housing and Energy team. The role assists households with HEAP/LIHEAP and other energy assistance programs, connects families to additional services and resources, and supports program administration and community resource coordination. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while customer service, community services, social services, administrative support, or related experience is preferred. The position is primarily remote, with most applications completed by phone and online, and may require periodic in-person meetings, trainings, and activities at WMCA locations.
