Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time Community Specialist to support individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, work, school, and community settings. The role focuses on person-centered support, advocacy, safety, caregiver respite, implementation of individual service plans, documentation, mentoring, training, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. The schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a minimum pay rate of $17.25 per hour; a valid U.S. driver's license and high school diploma are required, while prior relevant experience is not required.
