Description
HARMAN is hiring a Community Strategist for its Software Experiences Business Unit to build and lead communities around consumer music products. The individual contributor will seed and grow communities on Discord, Reddit, and social channels; moderate conversations; run programs and events; recruit and nurture users; create content; gather user feedback; and partner with product, growth, marketing, design, and engineering teams. The role is eligible for full-time remote work with occasional trips to HARMAN USA offices and requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong moderation and communication skills, and a genuine interest in music and music discovery.
