Eucalyptus is hiring a Community Support Associate to moderate and support customers in its Hims and Hers Weight Loss Private Facebook groups. The role reviews join requests and posts, monitors conversations, responds to routine questions, escalates customer-service issues, removes policy violations, maintains member records, and completes shift handoffs. Candidates need at least two years of experience in customer care, community moderation, or a related field, strong written communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate sensitive health and weight-loss conversations without giving medical advice.
