Description
Wellspring is hiring a part-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill-building, behavioral support, medication-adherence monitoring, crisis coping, emotion regulation, and community-resource assistance to clients in their homes or the community. The role requires at least one year of full-time experience working with individuals receiving mental-health or co-occurring-disorder services, a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, and completion of an approved Kentucky Communicate Support Associate training curriculum. The position pays $15–$18 per hour and offers benefits including an employee assistance program, a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, continuing education, mileage reimbursement, and parking.
