Wellspring is hiring a full-time Community Support Associate in Louisville, Kentucky, to provide community-based, one-on-one behavioral health support and life-skills training to adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders. The role includes helping clients follow individualized treatment plans, adhere to medication routines, recognize symptoms and side effects, regulate emotions, cope with crises, develop interpersonal skills, access community resources, and participate in non-clinical therapeutic behavioral interventions. Candidates need at least one year of relevant full-time experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable access to a personal vehicle for home visits and client transportation. The employee must complete an approved Kentucky CSA training curriculum within six months and continuing education annually.
