Description
A Bright Future, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Support Facilitator (CSF) to lead and supervise Community Living Instructors serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Supported Living Services and Independent Living Services. The role oversees staff development, participant safety and service plans, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, case coordination, and emergency response across participant homes, community settings, and A Bright Future offices in the North Bay Area. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call responsibilities.
