Middle Flint Health & Wellness is hiring a Community Support Individual (CSI) for the APEX program to provide case management, crisis intervention, behavior management, treatment-monitoring, transportation, and community liaison services to youth with behavioral health disabilities in Houston, Peach, and Crawford Counties, as well as Warner Robins and Fort Valley, Georgia. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted Georgia driver’s license, computer literacy, and the ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 clients; a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience are preferred. The entry salary is negotiable based on experience and may be adjusted according to qualifications and budget considerations.
