MDH Network is hiring a C.A.R.E.-crew caregiver to support intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The day-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday off. Responsibilities include providing person-centered support, teaching social and job-related skills, coaching individuals, maintaining daily notes, and participating in training and team meetings. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
