MDH Network is hiring a day-shift caregiver to support intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The role provides person-centered instruction, guidance, social and job-related skill training, coaching, and daily documentation, while following the C.A.R.E. values of compassion, adaptability, respect, and empowerment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
