MDH Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The role includes coaching individuals in social and job-related skills, teaching task-level actions, supporting participation in community work-type experiences, maintaining daily notes, and participating in training and team meetings. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday off. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
