Description
The Community Support Professional – In Home Services provides direct, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across Floyd and Clark Counties. The role supports daily living, personal care, household management, transportation, money management, skill development, self-advocacy, medical and dental appointments, medication administration, crisis intervention, and community relationships. It is a full-time, non-exempt position with a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and on-call availability, and requires personal care, mobility support, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and specified certifications.
