Description
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, person-centered, team-based assertive community treatment to people with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include case management, supportive psychotherapy, psychosocial rehabilitation, vocational support, medication management, nursing assessments, coordination with medical providers, documentation, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and collateral agencies. The role requires a BSN, a current unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, and preferred psychiatric or mental health nursing experience; it also requires a valid unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance, physical mobility, and flexibility for consumer emergencies.
