North Suffolk is hiring Community Support Specialists to support people with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder in community and group living settings. The role involves engagement, assessment, treatment-plan implementation, social and recreational activities, housing coordination, medication administration, and rehabilitation services. Applicants must be Deaf/Hard of Hearing or fluent in American Sign Language, have a high school diploma or GED, and meet the stated education or experience requirements; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
