Monadnock Family Services is hiring a Community Support Specialist to provide home- or community-based, family-centered support to families whose children have significant emotional issues and are eligible for state mental health services. The specialist assists the Case Manager in implementing goals from the Individual Service Plan and may provide Functional Support Services to children with severe emotional disabilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related human-services field or an associate’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, along with a valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
