Description
NeuSpark PDS is hiring a Community Support Supervisor to lead and operate Day Habilitation Programs for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The role oversees person-centered planning, individualized habilitation plans, staffing, service delivery, compliance with OPWDD and HCBS Waiver requirements, safety and emergency procedures, documentation, community opportunities, and the development of Direct Support Professionals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human service field, two years of supervisory experience, and experience working with the IDD population; it is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for 40 hours.
