Description
Under supervision, this CCSS position provides comprehensive community support services to adults with severe mental illness, chronic substance dependence, or co-occurring disorders, as well as their families. The role aims to improve quality of life and support independent functioning within the community. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED plus three years of relevant experience, or an applicable bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience, and must obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire. The position requires healthcare testing and immunizations, a criminal records check, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Navajo is preferred.
