Description
Arc Programs is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide outreach and community support to adults with various abilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). The role involves independent work in individuals’ homes and the community, providing behavior intervention, consultation, education, recreation, counseling, and support services. Candidates should be passionate about helping others, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks under pressure. A valid BC Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle are also required.
