Description
Ember is hiring a permanent, full-time Community Support Worker to provide responsive, person-centred support to adults with complex mental health and addiction needs across the Waikato and Hamilton regions. The role involves supporting daily living, community participation, emotional regulation, wellbeing planning, and recovery-focused recovery, while managing AOD-related risks and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The service operates 24 hours, 7 days a week on a rotating roster, and candidates must be able to work AM, PM, and awake shifts. The role pays $25.63–$30.70 per hour depending on qualification and length of service.
