Description
The Community Support Worker supports adults with daily living needs, medication assistance, health and safety, community engagement, crisis intervention, advocacy, and documentation. The role works under the supervision of an RN or Nurse Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, at least three years of continuous driving experience, and CPR/First Aid, MANDT, and medication self-administration certifications. The position is based in Claymont, Delaware and involves client transportation and community-based activities.
