Healthvision is hiring a permanent part-time Community Support Worker in Palmerston North and nearby regions to support people with intellectual disabilities and autism. The role involves personal care, household and meal support, exercise, community access, catheter care, transfers, medication support, and helping service users achieve independent-living goals. It requires a full New Zealand driver's licence, independent driving, flexible rotating roster work, and legal right to work in New Zealand; experience with autism, intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviours, or complex medical conditions is preferred, while comprehensive training can be provided.
