CircleLink Health is hiring 10 remote, 1099 contractor Compact Registered Nurses to manage large panels of Medicare patients with chronic conditions. The role involves monthly clinical calls, behavior-change coaching, preventive-care coordination, care-plan updates, documentation, and transition-of-care support. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted Compact RN license, have at least three years of clinical experience, and be comfortable working independently across multiple practices, workflows, and EHRs.
