The role supports operational companies and real estate investment structures by serving as a primary client contact, managing legal and administrative activities, preparing board and shareholder documentation, coordinating incorporations and dissolutions, maintaining corporate records, and leading KYC/AML and Dutch and EU compliance processes. The position requires a master’s degree in law or equivalent qualification, 2–4 years of relevant experience, English fluency, and a client-focused, proactive working style.
