Description
The Company Lawyer / In-House Counsel will advise the bank’s business lines on banking, financial, commercial, corporate governance, regulatory, and transactional legal matters. The role includes drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing board and shareholder materials, managing legal processes, advising on legal risks, supporting external and regulatory communications, and assisting with M&A, structured finance, and capital markets. It requires a Belgian law master’s degree, at least five years of legal counsel experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.
