This role involves designing and implementing scalable operating cadences, translating strategic priorities into operational plans, monitoring performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving process improvements. The manager will also handle legal and risk management tasks such as liaising with legal counsel, maintaining corporate governance records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will oversee end-to-end hiring operations, manage HR administration, and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
