Description
The Company Planner translates enterprise strategy into operational execution across retail, eCommerce, and franchise channels. Reporting to the Director of Company Planning, the role owns consolidated reporting, company-wide forecasting, open-to-buy planning, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and alignment of financial plans with retail operations, inventory flows, and digital channels. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–7+ years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and experience with planning or ERP systems. The base salary is $90,000–$110,000 per year.
