Healing Haven is hiring Compass Program participants for a full-time, structured ABA fieldwork practicum at its Madison Heights Campus and Clinton Township clinic. The role provides supervised 1:1 ABA therapy, clinical and administrative support, rotation through various practicum roles, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Participants must be enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field, maintain full-time availability, and meet background-check and physical-ability requirements.
