The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is hiring a COMPASS Support Guide to provide longitudinal medical student support through the COMPASS Program and Trek curriculum. The role combines teaching small groups, faculty development, student coaching, progress-committee participation, and community-building activities, with approximately 36 half-days per year and onsite work in Aurora, Colorado. Applicants must be board-certified physicians with an MD or DO, have permission from their clinic or department, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position is open rank and offers up to $18,750 as a 0.075 FTE equivalent in salary support plus benefits.
