Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Undergraduate degree
7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Compensation experience supporting Capital Markets preferred
Proven experience advising Business Partners and other stakeholders on compensation policy and practices
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail
